Ralph Dubey Ralph'
strong suits are in business management, finance, and
sales, thus he runs the business from the inside.
He grew up in Wolverine about a mile from where their
model is located. He left for college, and graduated
from Ferris State University with Highest Honors in
Business Administration. After college he had
a 14 year career in Computer Sales near Detroit. “This
experience provided an incredible business education.
No other industry evolved and changed as quickly as
computers in the 90's. It was very simple; evolve, improve
and adapt
or your company would not survive.” This experience
led to the unique business model and continuous improvement
philosophy of Wolverine Custom Homes.
In
his personal life Ralph spends most of his free time
with his wife, Amy and two young sons. He works
frequently with weights and swimming to hopefully be
able to keep up with the boys skiing, skating, and boating
through their teen years and beyond. The family
is active keeping fit, homeschooling, mentoring and
studying with their local church.

Dale
Dubey He
runs the business primarily
from outside the model managing some projects himself,
and working with the other Project Managers. He
grew up in Wolverine and worked with Town and Country
Cedar Homes for 14 years. He went all the way
up from the shop to the front office. The Dubey
family had property on I-75 and Dale always dreamed
of a Town and Country model at that location.
It almost happened, but luckily Dale recruited his brother
as a partner instead. "Town and Country is
the best construction school in Northern Michigan.
There are businesses all over where the owners like
myself, got their start at T&C"
In
his personal life Dale is an avid hunter, farms 90 acres
in Antrim County for deer (sorry the location is a secret)
and is raising four lovely kids with his wife, colleen..
He is introducing the sport to his four children, even
the two girls. The entire family is active in
the local church.
